Storm Surge Slushy Syrup

Bold, spicy, and beautifully layered, our Storm Surge Slushy Syrup blends warm ginger with a touch of sweetness to create a vibrant, refreshing twist inspired by a classic dark rum cocktail. The syrup itself contains no alcohol, so you can enjoy it as a zingy non-alcoholic slushy or pair it with dark rum for a richer, deeper flavour experience.

For best results when adding alcohol, aim for a final alcohol content of around 9–10%. That's around 30ml of alcohol per 330ml glass.
